# Before Publishing Client Logos in Brand Materials, What Should Be Confirmed?

Client-logo boundaries first concern what marks prove. Logo rows on websites or brochures may suggest current clients, partners, or endorsers. Different actual relationships can make an entire expression inaccurate despite correct individual images. Check identities, purposes, and scope separately before publication.

Editors organize real relationships, proposed materials, and confirmations rather than judge legal permissions by impression. Prior internal PPT use or downloadable public images do not establish suitability for public client walls. Unconfirmed familiar brands cannot simply fill layouts.

## Explain Why This Brand Appears Here

Record whether objects are clients, project participants, suppliers, channel partners, or style references. All may have real links but cannot all be called clients served. Categories explain facts, which visual consistency cannot erase.

Check client scope too. One limited task cannot imply ongoing comprehensive cooperation, nor partial participation complete-system delivery. Marks do not explain boundaries; necessary context needs real evidence.

Record entities, actual duties, sources, and knowledgeable people. Internal contracts need not be public, but editors need evidence for wording. Another person's recollection cannot complete uncertain relationships, nor can template brands become commissions.

Purposes may explain service scope, cooperation networks, or evidenced project details. Clear purposes guide placement and words. “Increase trust” alone cannot establish why one logo suits one page. See [How Corporate Websites Build Trust with Clients, Proof, and Data](https://www.jvds.cn/en/share/website-design/enterprise-website-trust-signals) for related checks.

Reference brands used for direction need explicit reference identities separate from client or project evidence. Article headings, arrangements, and nearby wording cannot imply nonexistent cooperation. Correct assets and correct narrative identities need separate checks.

## Confirm Specific Public Versions and Uses, Not Vague Availability

Show responsible people files, pages, neighboring descriptions, and planned channels. Actual proposals make confirmation correspond with materials better than “can we publish the logo?” Websites, sales presentations, and social uses may have different arrangements.

Versions need sources. Old, new, regional, or product marks may concern different entities or uses; search resolution cannot choose adoption. Knowledgeable people confirm usable objects and editors register corresponding versions.

Check recoloring, cropping, combinations, and additions against materials and confirmations rather than design assumptions that gray versions are universally acceptable. Seek approved assets or adjust layouts instead of modifying identity for visual uniformity.

Records can include relationship, file, location, channel scope, nearby expression, confirmer, date, and pending work. Record required changes and recheck final drafts. Unclear object coverage in replies cannot support future maintenance.

Uncertain items can be removed or replaced with evidenced methods and deliverable boundaries. Articles and service pages need not rely on dense brand walls. Alternatives explain actual capability without implying unconfirmed lists.

## Nearby Promises and Evaluations Do Not Become True Through Logos

“Partners” and “client approval” convey different relationships. Cooperation does not establish endorsements, nor one design adoption approval of all services. Check headings, summaries, and buttons together, beyond images.

Outcome figures, quoted evaluations, and project results are independent facts needing evidence and public scope. Do not fill spaces with “significant improvement” or turn casual internal praise into quoted endorsements. Unsupported claims stay absent.

With accurate project articles, logo entries can connect actual duties and public materials. Without sufficient project disclosure, state only confirmed relationships or omit client-proof tasks. A few accurate links explain more than contextless rows.

Combined brands need overall meanings checked too. Individual approvals for particular locations may not support “long-term strategic cooperation” collectively. Show entire modules to owners for arrangement and wording confirmation.

## Differences Can Arise at Every Step From Source Images to Pages

Separate confirmed files from work copies with clear identity. After layout, check proportions, edges, backgrounds, and names without compressing long logos to uniform dimensions. Containers and spacing can handle differences without distortion.

For merged images, preserve individual objects and sources for later withdrawal or correction. Otherwise one update requires rediscovering every source. Plan maintenance during production rather than dismantling after problems.

Alt text, captions, and links should accurately describe relationships. They carry more information when images lack text or remain indistinct. A partner image labeled “client success case” gives nonvisual readers a different identity.

Check actual containers before launch, particularly mobile, for tiny, blurry, or cropped marks. Enlargement cannot expand evidence. Visual quality and factual boundaries pass separately before adoption.

Check languages and downloads too. Accurate Chinese headings paired with English endorsements or unconfirmed brochure data remain inconsistent. List known entries and handled scope without claiming all external materials covered.

## Identify Who Updates Which Locations After Relationship or Version Changes

Ledgers retain locations and maintainers so changed marks, relationships, or public scope identify affected pages and attachments. Saved confirmation emails alone do not identify subsequent placements.

Update and relationship dates differ. A new logo does not mean new cooperation, and ended relationships need not erase accurate historical projects. Fact and disclosure owners decide history and current explanations, not editors by image age.

For withdrawal, prioritize controlled public entries, then record sent or externally maintained materials. One website replacement cannot recall every copy, but uncontrollable history cannot justify ignoring maintainable current locations.

Hand over evidence, files, locations, unresolved matters, and confirmation paths. Successors should neither rebuild guessed lists nor assume old publication permanently permits every item. Existing content starts review, not permanent adoption proof.

## Acceptance Should Test Relationships, Not Only Neat Walls

Ask uninvolved viewers what marks mean and whether they imply endorsements or outcomes. If interpretation exceeds evidence, revise headings, context, or display before retaining items. Test misunderstanding without fabricating client-interview data.

Compare final headings, images, alt text, links, and downloads with confirmations for each scope. Retain versions and dates and unresolved statuses. Finished layout cannot automatically complete material confirmation.

Completion means verifiable relationships, explicit evidence for files and public uses, nearby claims within facts, checked related entries, and maintained later changes. Accurate boundaries give marks appropriate information rather than leaving readers guessing from rows. ## Frequently Asked Questions

### Can Downloadable Public Client Logos Go Directly on Our Client Wall?

No direct inference follows. Image sources differ from our intended relationships and uses. Check actual cooperation scope, versions, and confirmations.

### Does One Small Past Task Permit Calling a Brand a Long-Term Client?

Describe real relationships. Limited tasks do not establish long-term or comprehensive cooperation; explain scope without expanding unsupported claims through logos.

### Can Every Client Logo Be Made Gray for Consistency?

Check specific conditions. Design consistency does not authorize recoloring; adjust containers or use approved versions instead of independently altering and publishing.

### Can Confirmed Logos Have Client Testimonials Added Beside Them?

Testimonials need independent real sources and public scope. Logo confirmations do not cover endorsements, figures, or recommendations automatically. Do not add unsupported content.

### Must Historical Projects All Use Newly Updated Client Logos?

Fact and material owners confirm historical identity first, then update within scope. New-image dates do not change historical projects or universally erase their contemporary identities.
