Momento’s social event app is lively, with friend portraits, nightlife photographs, and event cards. Yet names, times, and venues remain below the map, and checkout returns amounts to clear summary rows. Photographs invite further viewing; event information helps users decide where to go. Each gets its own place.

## Key takeaways

- Friends and stories use personal identity cues, while map cards supply a specific event identity.
- Blue recurs in routes, selections, and ticket buttons, making important actions recognizable.
- Checkout itemizes fees, while a more direct digital-ticket entry would help after purchase.

## Photographs introduce the evening’s atmosphere

Discover combines vertical story cards and two-column photographs, with portraits and names near the lower edges. Green, purple, and red stage lighting already supplies variety, so the surrounding interface largely stays black and white rather than adding competing theme colors.

The friend list uses portraits, names, activity status, and distance, while the nearby page offers a Range slider. Photos support discovery and text lists help find people; the two forms remain separate. JVDS considers shared personal cues useful, while friend, story, and ticket actions still need distinct entries.

## The map retains more than a route

A blue line connects the start and venue on the dark map. The drawer below names Rooftop Summer Vibes, the venue, and evening times. The event remains identified within the map, without asking readers to recall it from a point alone.

Distance and participation cues can be checked alongside the route. Times crossing midnight should include dates, particularly the day of the ending time. The route illustrates location relationships; live navigation and updating cannot be established from the image. Clear textual dates deserve attention first.

## Ticket cards expose the action and need clear differences

Four dark ticket cards occupy two columns, with prices above names, remaining quantity, and thin progress lines. Get Tickets uses blue, with brighter buttons on selected or emphasized cards. Proximity of amount and action makes the next step findable.

Limited and Best Value appear in small corner pills without overpowering price. But two ticket names repeat across the four cards, with similar remaining-quantity text. Entry times and [included benefits](https://www.jvds.cn/en/share/website-design/saas-pricing-page-design-407) would clarify differences; badges cannot substitute for readable entitlements behind different prices.

Light and dark themes retain the same blue and ticket structure. Theme review should check selected states, price units, and availability rather than stopping at a background change. Pictured quantities are examples, not live sales information.

## Clear fees should lead to finding the ticket

Checkout lists payment methods before Ticket Summary, retaining the event name. Ticket price, discount, event fee, and tax occupy separate rows, with Total Amount below and Pay Now immediately after it. Readers can see [what forms the total](https://www.jvds.cn/en/share/ui-design/ecommerce-checkout-ux) before payment.

A large check and Purchase Successful establish the success state, with text saying tickets are ready. Back to Home is the current main button; a “view digital ticket” action could be added while retaining event name and date. The next task has shifted from browsing to entry preparation. A stable ticket-wallet entry is more specific than requiring users to remember to search their profile.

## Frequently asked questions

### Should social event photographs link directly to purchasing?

Photographs can introduce an event, but confirm name, time, and place before ticket selection. Different people’s stories and different sessions should not become one purchase object because their covers look alike.

### What main action suits ticket purchase success?

Match the next task. If tickets are ready, offer direct viewing alongside a home entry, retaining event and date.

## Design review checklist

- Check whether event-card dates explain times across midnight.
- Compare ticket benefits using text alone.
- Find the digital-ticket entry after payment success.

## Building event discovery or ticketing?

Friend updates, venue maps, and ticket purchase have different information priorities. Organize the path from discovery to entry before unifying visuals and components. JVDS offers UI/UX design, website design, and development services for event products.
